Suitable for babies from one and a half months old until they begin crawling. Movement in space and activities to stimulate the balance system.
Strengthening the shoulder girdle and back muscles, and actively preparing for the crawling stages. Developing body awareness and the midline, and practicing cross-lateral movements through rhythm games; deepening the bond, creating a supportive tribe, and enjoying quality time for mother and baby.
The workshop is suitable for babies after a normal hip-joint ultrasound examination.
Led by Ayala Shaham Gaz, parent instructor and attachment-based sleep consultant, toddler swimming, yoga, and baby massage instructor, and director of HaKhanama Center.
