Textured Picture Workshop: Creating a Textured Painting on Canvas

Want to create a unique textured artwork that will bring style, depth, and character to your home? Join my experiential texture-painting workshop!

This is a creative and enjoyable workshop where we will learn together how to create a painting with a three-dimensional effect—one that not only looks amazing but also feels different. In the workshop, we will work with materials such as putty, gesso, acrylic paints, and natural materials to create textures, using simple techniques that anyone can apply.

We will learn about sources of inspiration for texture design—from sea waves to minimalist abstract shapes. We will explore popular and trendy working methods in the design world and learn how to build layers, combine colors, polish, and create an impressive composition.

Each participant will create one large textured artwork measuring 30×40 cm or two smaller ones, according to their preference. We will use a natural, calming color palette—or a wild and colorful one.

The workshop takes place in small groups with personal guidance and includes all materials (except picture frames, which must be purchased separately if desired), drinks, light refreshments, and a pleasant atmosphere.

All you need to do is arrive with curiosity and a desire to get stylishly messy.

The workshop is also suitable for children over the age of 8 and for men.
