Preview screening of the film “Our Loves” at Tzuk Community Center (Glilot). A 117-minute comedy-drama film in Hebrew, Arabic, and Moroccan Arabic.
“Our Loves,” which, like most of Avi Nesher’s previous films, is based on real events, follows the stories of seven characters whose lives become intertwined without their knowledge. Each of the characters is trapped in a failed relationship; the relationships are both painful and comic, and each is full of twists and turns.
The seven characters have one thing in common: the absolute belief that October 6—the day love died—is the worst day of their lives. The next day, alongside desperate efforts to survive, they will somehow have to decipher the meaning of their lives and what changes will be required.
