Home Beer-Brewing Workshop and Tour of the White Rabbit Brewery in Tel Aviv. Includes tastings of approximately 8–10 types of beer and an introduction to the brewing process.
Want to see and learn how to make excellent homemade beer? Want to tour the first brewery in the country? Join an experiential evening full of cool beers with Peleg!
The home-brewing workshop is hosted by the country’s first boutique brewery for a combined experience of homemade and specialty beers alongside interesting boutique beers. Come learn and taste the differences between the beers, understand the process of making homemade beer compared with the process of making boutique beer, and, with enough knowledge, brew the next beer together!
You’ll begin with a first round of homemade beer and an explanation of the evening’s activities. You’ll learn about the process of making homemade and boutique beer, understand how the ingredients affect the taste, and then head out for a tour of a boutique brewery in Tel Aviv called White Rabbit. There, you’ll learn where the brewers came from, how the brewery was established, and how the beer is made.
You’ll return to learn about the stages of brewing and taste interesting beers—approximately 8–10 types—from the brewery and among the homemade beers. To finish, you’ll brew the next homemade beer together!
The activity will take place with a minimum of 8 participants.
The workshop is kosher at the venue under the supervision of the Tel Aviv Rabbinate. Therefore, we cannot open workshops on Friday evenings or Saturdays, except on Saturday night for groups of more than 10 people.
