A Qigong class takes place at the Tel Baruch Beach Community Center in Tel Aviv. Practice of movement, breathing, and balance by the sea, for men and women aged 18+.
Qigong is an ancient Chinese mind-body practice consisting of a series of movement exercises accompanied by breathing.
The practice strengthens and calms, develops coordination and balance, improves posture, increases joint flexibility, and contributes to vitality and inner balance.
A profound experience that touches the essence of being human.
A group Qigong class usually takes place standing in a circle and combines flowing movements, breathing, static positions, and steps through space.
During the class, we will practice sets of short exercises inspired by Taoist and Chinese philosophy, emphasizing softness, economical effort, slowing down, and calming the mind.
