This evening, we will immerse ourselves in peace and the depth of sensations: the taste and aroma of tea, bodily sensations, and the sounds of silence.

We will spend a small part of the tea ceremony in silence, so that for a while we can focus on our sensations without distractions. The rest of the time, there will be an opportunity for pleasant conversation 😊

We will talk about tea, drink it, and observe how its taste and aroma unfold…
Share our sensations… and meditate.
And simply chat and get to know one another…
It will be cozy, heartfelt, and lovely…

Who is leading?
I’m Olya, a mindfulness instructor, tea lover, and admirer of quiet tea spaces.

We invite you to gather in a cozy circle and embark on a tea-and-meditation journey, with an opportunity to try something unusual and something pleasantly familiar, learn something new, and share something interesting. To be both in the buzz of tea conversation and in silence with ourselves, with tea, and with others.

There will be three tea Acts, with Intermissions between them to exhale, switch gears, and stretch.
