What Science Says: Does Power Corrupt?
If, as the cliché goes, power indeed corrupts, why don't empowerment processes designed to strengthen us corrupt us instead? Will a person who feels powerful be more or less sensitive to their partner? And is there a difference in this regard between men and women? Most importantly, we will discuss in this lecture ways in which we can harness our power to shape a better couple and organizational environment.

Aratz Tzavbrling holds a Ph.D. in Social Psychology; his doctoral research focused on social power and empowerment processes. He serves as faculty at the School of Business Administration at the Reichman University (formerly IDC Herzliya).
