The class takes place in Studio 5, 3rd floor.

Flying Low — We will explore principles and elements that will take us into the ground and out of it with ease, through which we will practice our connection to space. We will reexamine familiar forms and elements, add details and sophisticated coordination, and thereby reassemble them in a way that enriches our connection to the ground while maintaining focus and playfulness. We will incorporate work in small groups, the use of touch, and somatic practices involving breath and voice, which will help embed the information in the body.

Dor Frank was born in 1991 at Yiftah Kibbutz in the Upper Galilee. She is a graduate of the dancer-training program at Bikkurei Ha'itim. As a dancer, she has collaborated with choreographers including Yasmeen Godder, Iris Erez, and Mai Zarchi. In recent years, she has begun creating independent works presented at various festivals and venues, including Tzolelet Festival, HaKaron Festival, Habait Theater, ACUD (Berlin), and Theater X (Berlin). Alongside her artistic work, she is a certified yoga and Flying Low teacher and teaches in dancer-training programs throughout Israel.

Class card: 5 entries for 275 NIS (valid for 60 days)
10 entries for 500 NIS (valid for 60 days)
Introductory class card for all somatic studio and adult dance classes: 12 classes for 299 NIS (valid for 30 days).

The activity will take place in Studio 5, 3rd floor, at the new Bikkurei Ha'itim Center, 2 Leonardo da Vinci Street, Northern Landmark Tower.
