Art and Painting Studio for Children

Tuesdays, 16:00–17:15, starting September 1, 2026

Course duration: 9 months, September 1, 2026–June 30, 2027
(The course will not take place from October 4, 2026 to September 11, 2026, or during the Passover holiday.)

A painting studio where we will learn techniques for constructing compositions and images, discover sources of inspiration, and gain tools for realizing ideas and feelings. We will learn to paint spaces and environments, combining observational painting with painting from the imagination. We will develop a personal visual language and learn how to express each of our inner worlds. We will observe how our ideas change when they encounter the page. We will work on projects with individual guidance, and at the end, present our work in an exhibition. The workshop is suitable for beginners and children with painting experience.

Yonatan Reisner

Yonatan Reisner is an artist working across drawing, painting, photography, and directing. He is a graduate of the Department of Art at Bezalel. His work examines states of consciousness and actions with a transcendent quality. He engages in teaching as a way of creating a space for inquiry, play, imagination, and personal invention. His works have been exhibited in various galleries.
