We will discuss all the important points for the transition to solids: when to start, where to start, how to prepare, how to store, recommendations, allergies and exposure to allergens, including a list of simple recipes, a tracking board, and a shopping list for the beginning.
Suitable for mothers and babies from 5 months.
You can bring the babies along.
Led by Rona Mor Reichenberg, a naturopath, reflexologist, and emotional therapist, individual therapy and group facilitation, specializing in women and children.
