Postpartum Pilates for Women with Babies (Newborn to Crawling Age)
Location: Somatic Movement Studio, Bichurei HaAtim, 4th Floor | 2 Leonard de Vinci St, Tel Aviv
The classes are led by experienced instructors specializing in working with women during pregnancy and the postpartum period.
Schedule & Instructors:
Mondays at 12:00
Wednesdays at 11:00
The postpartum recovery period is an opportunity to gradually, safely, and appropriately return to movement. The class combines principles from Pilates, somatic movement, and physiotherapy, focusing on strengthening core muscles and the pelvic floor, improving posture, returning to daily functionality, and creating a renewed sense of security in the body.
You can bring your baby or infant and exercise in a pleasant, professional, and supportive atmosphere, alongside other mothers. Classes take place in small groups tailored to different levels and the changing needs of each participant.
The Somatic Studio is managed by Tal Benari, a certified physiotherapist, and professional physiotherapy support can be integrated as part of the studio's therapeutic care package if necessary.
It is recommended to join starting 6 weeks after childbirth, after completing the maternity leave period and with approval from a gynecologist.
