A residents’ meeting in an apartment building. On the agenda: renovating the bomb shelter, solving the problem of garbage bags left at the entrance, and other important matters of “great” significance. As the meeting draws to a close, one of the residents casually announces that he intends to rent his apartment to a person with mental health difficulties. From that moment on, the meeting turns into a turbulent and passionate conflict among the residents. Old resentments come to the surface, illegal balconies become a real threat, and somewhere—no one knows where—a rat is roaming.
A wild comedy about neighbors, apartment buildings, fear of the unknown, and stigmas.
