Restorative Vinyasa yoga practice takes place on Mondays at 9:00 and Tuesdays at 19:00 at the Hof Tel Baruch Community Center in Tel Aviv.
The Tel Baruch Beach Community Center invites you to a Vinyasa yoga practice inspired by restorative Iyengar yoga—to strengthen the body, improve posture, and release tension.
We will also incorporate Yoga Face to calm the nervous system, release facial tension, and give you a fresh, radiant, and firm appearance.
Come breathe, get stronger, and recharge with renewed energy.
Idit Ratzon, a yoga teacher for 14 years, teaches Vinyasa with precision and attentiveness—a connection between movement and breath, strength and softness, and determination.
We meet on Mondays at 9:00 a.m.
and on Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. at sunset.
Meeting point on Waze: Tel Baruch Beach Community Center.
Single-session ticket: 40 NIS.
Purchase an “Open Studio” pass at a subsidized price.
