Suitable for babies from 6 weeks old until they begin crawling. Movement in space and activities to stimulate the vestibular system.
Strengthening the shoulder girdle and back muscles, and actively preparing for the crawling stages. Developing body awareness and the midline, and practicing crossing the midline through rhythm games; deepening the bond, creating a supportive tribe, and enjoying quality time for mother and baby.
The workshop is suitable for babies after a normal hip-joint ultrasound examination.
Led by Ayala Shaham-Gaz, an attachment-based sleep consultant, toddler-swimming, yoga, and baby-massage instructor, and director of HaHama Center.
