Group therapy is a powerful tool for working through internal limitations.
Common requests brought to the group include:
- You struggle to say "no" and assert personal boundaries.
- Your relationships have reached an impasse or are stuck in a repetitive pattern.
- You experience chronic fatigue, burnout, and background anxiety.
- You fear criticism and evaluation, avoiding new steps in your career.
The group functions as a microcosm. You test new responses, break old conditioning, and take away only effective strategies. You engage with the process exactly to the extent you are ready for.

There is no criticism, judgment, or unsolicited advice here.
The space is strictly confidential. What is said in the group stays in the group.
No pressure is applied. You determine your own level of openness and can always choose to simply observe.
The format is open; entry is possible at any time.
