The sessions include movement activities, balance stimulation exercises, and muscle strengthening, suitable for infants from 1.5 months up to the crawling stage. Movement in space and work to stimulate the vestibular system.
Strengthening the shoulder girdle, back muscles, and active preparation for crawling stages.
Establishing body awareness, midline, and practicing cross-lateral movements through rhythmic games.
Deepening the bond, creating a supportive tribe, and quality time for mother and baby.
The workshop is suitable for babies after a normal hip ultrasound check.
