Lecture led by Dr. Orit Engelberg on the history of Jewish and Israeli sports, from its early beginnings to achievements in the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Among other topics, it will cover Moran Samuel, the Paralympic champion who embodies resilience and determination. The event follows a structured agenda including gathering, refreshments, and social interaction before the lecture.
Learn about Moran Samuel, the Paralympic champion who repeatedly proves that determination, perseverance, and talent transcend boundaries and genres. Jewish sports, which began with the discrimination and exclusion of Jews from sports clubs in Europe, now culminates on the main podiums around the world.
