Preparation for Expectant Parents. In the meeting, we will discuss the fourth trimester, the baby's needs, gas, crying, and development in the first few months. We will understand what to expect and how to handle the first days in the best way possible. Suitable also for partners for support and participation.
In a few weeks, you will become a family. Whether it's your first birth or you already have children at home, every baby brings change.
A baby is born small and helpless, unable to express their needs. In this session, we will discuss the fourth trimester and understand what a baby requires at this stage in terms of closeness, touch, connection, feeding, and sleep. We will talk about gas and crying and how to assist the baby, as well as about development in the first few months.
Most importantly, we will understand what should be expected, what to anticipate, and how to navigate the first weeks filled with joy and happiness alongside great fatigue in the best way possible for you and your baby.
Your partner is warmly invited! They can be full partners, provide support, and help you immensely.
