Eitan Horn, a survivor of captivity, in a moving lecture marking three years since October 7
Eitan Horn, a survivor of captivity, in a moving lecture about the strength of ordinary people.
To mark three years since October 7, we invite you to a special and inspiring evening with Eitan Horn, a survivor of captivity who returned to Israel after 738 long and harrowing days.
In a personal, honest, and moving lecture, Eitan will share his extraordinary story: from the moments of terror and abduction, through the daily struggle in captivity, to the long journey home and the rehabilitation process he continues to undergo to this day.
Eitan, an educator and the son of a family that immigrated from Argentina out of a deep belief in mutual responsibility, society, and the power of the individual, speaks not only about surviving under impossible conditions, but also about the hope, resilience, and humanity preserved along the way. Through his personal story, he seeks to shine a spotlight on ordinary people: those who choose to lend a hand, offer support, fight, volunteer, and refuse to give up, even in the most difficult moments.
This is a meeting about inner strength, shared responsibility, the meaning of community, and the ability to find light even in the darkest periods. A lecture that touches the heart and invites us to rethink what sustains us as a society and as human beings.
Admission to the lecture is for ages 16 and over.
