To save his job at the zoo, David agrees to a dubious plan: board a cruise ship and deliver a mysterious package from South America to France. He embarks on the mission with his family and his clumsy friend Stéphane, who will assist him.
During the voyage, Stéphane decides to open the package. Out jumps Marsupilami—the rarest, most energetic, and yellowest animal in the world—and the entire cruise descends into chaos that will have audiences falling out of their seats.
