A fish named Bass, Mr. Fish, is a young but grumpy fish—an ill-tempered creature who has never known how to smile. He lives on a neglected shipwreck and one day meets Pip, a young seahorse who mistakenly thinks his home is a junkyard. In a hilarious moment, the two accidentally destroy the house.
But there is hope! Despite their rivalry, the two team up and embark on a journey into the heart of the ocean in search of the “Shimmer”—a mythical sea creature that can grant them a wish for a new home. There is just one problem: someone else is also pursuing the “Shimmer,” and the adventure becomes complicated.
