An artist talk, tour, and hands-on workshop with Merav Hyman, inspired by the exhibition “Build Your Home” and Tamar Sheffer. Participants will create a sculptural collage inside a black box, incorporating figures and human action. The work will be transformed into a dramatic black-and-white photograph through the interplay of light and shadow.

How do you build a “home” or “shelter” out of a broken reality?
The meeting connects Merav Hyman’s works with Tamar Shefer’s installation and invites participants to create a sculptural collage in a black box in the studio, incorporate figures and human action into it, and translate it into a dramatic black-and-white photograph through a controlled interplay of light and shadow.
The “Meeting at the Museum” series is a series of events intended to spotlight the work of women artists, curators, and creators active in the museum space, inviting people from Ramat Gan and across Israel to take part in creative encounters.
