A short phone-free nature tour along the Yarkon River, at Rokach, Ramat Gan. We will examine technology’s place in our lives and what it leaves behind.
How many times have you boarded a train and seen people sitting hunched over, not looking at the scenery, staring at their phone screens? How many times has this happened with people close to you? How many times have you seen people doing this while driving? And now, ask yourselves: How many times have you felt that the phone is taking conversations with other people away from you? Time when you could have been doing something else? And, in general, missing out on the living and breathing world?
You are invited to a short, phone-free tour!!! We will walk along the Yarkon River, the longest in the country, and explore questions about the role of technology in our lives, which is getting ahead of us—but what is still missing?
