Swimming Group

Welcome to Nimoz—a proud swimming group! We offer a training framework for members of the LGBTQ community in an open, accepting, and safe atmosphere.

Nimoz was established to create a swimming group that includes swimmers of different levels and all ages, of all genders and orientations, who want to swim together while maintaining mutual respect and creating a safe space for everyone.

The group’s swimming training is intended for amateur and professional swimmers who already know how to swim, at least in freestyle and breaststroke, and are able to swim at least four lengths—100 meters—in continuous freestyle.

Anyone interested in joining us is required to attend a trial practice, which will allow us to assess suitability.

• You must register in advance for every activity.
• Capacity is limited; early registration is recommended.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations, except cancellations due to the security situation.
• The activity may be photographed, and the photos and videos may be published on the social media accounts of the Ramat Gan LGBTQ Center. Registration and attendance at the activity constitute consent to being photographed and to publication.
