Entering and Adjusting to a First Educational Setting with Inag Segal, Early Childhood Educational Counselor

Additional information for all parents enrolling their children in a childcare setting—whether for the first time or in a new setting:

During the first few months, adjustment will occupy much of our attention. So how can we help our little ones and ourselves adjust as well as possible?

Inbal Segal, an early-childhood educational counselor, will discuss adjusting to an educational setting: What are we parents going through, and what are our children going through? What are the guiding principles for adjusting and integrating into the setting? We will also touch on warning signs.

For parents of little ones from 4 months old up to—but not including—the walking stage. You may bring your little ones :)

Bringing a favorite toy or game is recommended.
