Important Rules & Policies:
- Footwear: Shoes are not permitted inside. Parents are required to wear socks. (If you forget, you can purchase a pair on-site for 14 NIS).
- Strollers: There is a stroller parking lot outside the facility. Please bring your own lock to secure your stroller.
Facilities & Activities:
- A dedicated space for infants from birth to 1 year old.
- An area for children aged 1 to 3 years, featuring developmental toys, age-appropriate games, a reading corner, and more.
- Space for workshops and activities for parent groups (schedule depends on official announcements).
- Professional Staff: Experts in occupational therapy, speech therapy, physiotherapy, and child development who supervise play and provide answers to parental questions.
- Private Consultation Room: Available through our professional team for personalized guidance and parenting instruction (advance registration required).
- Parent Amenities: Coffee area for parents, a dedicated children’s feeding corner (for light meals), restrooms, and a changing table.
Operating Hours:
- Sunday–Thursday & Saturday: Morning session 9:30–12:00 | Afternoon session 13:00–15:30 | Late afternoon session 16:00–18:30
- Friday: 9:00–13:30
Additional Companion Fees:
- On Fridays and Saturdays, entry for one additional companion is available for 10 NIS (purchase on-site via credit card or cash).
- Any further additional companions must purchase a full-price ticket online in advance.
Ticketing Details (Sunday–Thursday):
- Each ticket covers one toddler and one adult companion over the age of 18.
- Each additional companion or toddler beyond this limit must purchase a full-price ticket online in advance.
- Entry for Ramat Gan residents requires proof of residency (ID card, municipal tax bill, electricity bill, etc.).
- Cancellation Policy: Tickets can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity.
Hygiene & Cleanliness:
The play space operates on a strict shoe-free policy; parents must wear socks for hygiene reasons (replacement pairs available for 14 NIS on-site). For strollers, use the designated outdoor parking area and bring your own lock.
As part of a shared educational process, we invite parents and children to begin tidying up the toys and returning them to their designated spots when the closing song, "Gamim ve'Blagan" ("Games and Mess"), plays approximately 10 minutes before the session ends. Your cooperation ensures order and maintains a pleasant environment for everyone. Thank you!
Allergy Safety Notice:
We accommodate children with life-threatening allergies. Due to severe allergy risks, please DO NOT bring to Rega'im: snacks of any kind, dairy products, eggs, fish, sesame, nuts, legumes, or any food that may contain these ingredients.
Health Notice:
If you or your child are feeling unwell, or present with symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, vomiting, etc., please stay home.
Closing & Cleanup:
General cleaning of the entire space takes place at the end of every session. We kindly ask for your assistance. Thank you for helping us maintain our play space as an environment that promotes development and health.
