About the Playroom
Ragaim has been designed for you in a magical and calm atmosphere, opening up a rich and experiential world of experiences and play for your child. The activities are specifically tailored to the skills and developmental needs of early childhood. Come enjoy magical and pleasant moments of play with your child alongside a professional and high-quality team that provides advice and support across all developmental domains.

Entry Rules & Hygiene

• Shoes: Entry to the playroom is shoe-free. Parents are required to wear socks (hygiene reasons). If you forgot yours, you can purchase a pair on-site for 14 NIS.
• Strollers: There is a stroller parking area outside the complex. Please bring a lock to secure your stroller.

What’s Inside?

• A special space for infants from birth to 1 year old.
• A space for children aged 1 to 3 years, including:
  • Developmental games
  • Age-appropriate toys
  • Reading corner
  • Various other games
• Space for workshops and activities for parent groups (according to announcements).
• Professional staff in the fields of Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Child Development, who accompany parents and answer questions during play.
• Private counseling room with our professional team, providing guidance and instruction for parents (requires prior registration).
• Coffee break area for parents and a feeding area suitable for children (for light meals).
• Adjacent restrooms and changing tables.

Opening Hours
Monday–Thursday + Saturday:

• Morning Session: 9:30–12:00
• Afternoon Session: 13:00–15:30
• Evening Session: 16:00–18:30

Friday:

• 9:00–13:30
  • Note: On August 29, 2025, the session runs from 11:30–13:30.

Admission Fees & Tickets

• Target Audience: Ragaim Playroom is intended for children up to 3 years old only.
• Standard Ticket (Mon–Thu): Includes one toddler and one accompanying adult (over 18). Any additional companion/toddler must purchase a full-price ticket in advance via the website.
• Friday & Saturday Admission: An additional companion (one only) may enter for an extra fee of 10 NIS (purchase on-site by credit card/cash). All other additional companions must purchase a full-price ticket in advance via the website.
• Residents of Ra'anana: Entry is available upon presentation of proof of residency for the child or one of the parents (ID card, tax bill, electricity bill, etc.).

Cancellation Policy
Tickets can be canceled up to 24 hours before the activity.

Shared Educational Process & Cleanup
As part of a joint educational process for parents and children, we invite you to start tidying up the toys and returning them to their places when the closing song, "Games and Chaos" (Mishakim VeBalagan), plays—approximately 10 minutes before the end of the session. Your cooperation contributes to order and creates a pleasant space for everyone. Thank you!

Health & Safety Guidelines

• Allergies: We accommodate children with life-threatening allergies. Due to the risk of allergens, please do not bring the following to Ragaim: snacks of any kind, dairy products, eggs, peanuts, fish, sesame seeds, nuts, legumes, or any food that may contain these ingredients.
• Sickness: If you or your baby do not feel well, please stay home to rest and protect the health of yourself and others.
• Cleanup: General cleaning takes place in the space after each session. We ask for your assistance in maintaining our playroom as an environment that encourages development and health.
