The playhouse was designed for you in a magical, calm atmosphere that opens up a rich, experiential world of play and activities for your child, specifically tailored to the skills and developmental needs of early childhood. Come enjoy magical, pleasant moments of play with your child alongside a professional, high-quality team that provides counseling and support across all developmental domains.

Entry & Facility Guidelines
• Shoe-Free Entry: Parents are required to wear socks for hygiene. (If you forget, you can purchase a pair on-site for 14 NIS.)
• Strollers: Parked in a designated stroller lot outside the premises. Please bring a lock to secure your stroller.
• Parent Amenities: Dedicated coffee spot for parents.
• Child Amenities: Adjacent restrooms, diaper-changing station, and a dedicated feeding area adapted for children (light meals only).

What’s Inside?
• Birth–1 Year: Specialized, quiet space for infants.
• 1–3 Years: Developmental play area featuring age-appropriate toys, a reading corner, and a wide variety of games.
• Parent Groups: Dedicated space for workshops and activities (schedule as per announcements).
• Professional Support: Staff trained in occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, pediatric physiotherapy, and child development who guide and answer parental questions during play.
• Private Consultations: One-on-one sessions with our specialists to guide and instruct parents (requires advance booking).

Opening Hours
• Monday–Thursday & Saturday:
Morning shift: 9:30–12:00
Afternoon shift: 13:00–15:30
Evening shift: 16:00–18:30
• Friday: 9:00–13:30
(Special Note: On August 29, 2025, operating hours will be 11:30–13:30)

Tickets, Pricing & Resident Discounts
• Age Limit: Strictly for children up to age 3.
• Monday–Thursday: Standard ticket includes one toddler and one accompanying adult (18+). Each additional toddler or adult beyond that must purchase a ticket in advance online at full price. Residents of R.G. (city) receive discounted entry upon presenting proof of residency for the child or one parent (ID card, municipal tax bill, or utility statement).
• Friday & Saturday: One additional accompanying adult may enter for an extra fee of 10 NIS (payable on-site by card/cash). Any further accompanying adults must book tickets in advance online at full price.
• Cancellation Policy: Tickets may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity.

Health, Safety & Community Rules
• Allergy-Safe Environment: We accommodate children with life-threatening allergies. Due to allergen risks, please do NOT bring to Rega'im: any snacks, dairy products, eggs, peanuts, fish, sesame, nuts, legumes, or any food containing these ingredients.
• Illness: If you or your child are not feeling well, please stay home to rest and protect the health of yourselves and others.
• Cleanup Ritual: As part of a shared educational process, we invite you to begin tidying up and returning toys to their places when the closing song “Play and Mess” plays, approximately 10 minutes before each shift ends. Your cooperation maintains order and creates a pleasant space for everyone. Thank you!
• Post-Shift Cleaning: General cleaning takes place after every shift. We ask for your help in maintaining our playhouse as a healthy, developmentally supportive environment.
