The playroom is designed for you in a magical and calm atmosphere, opening up a rich and experiential world of experiences and games tailored specifically to the skills and developmental needs of early childhood. Come enjoy magical and pleasant moments of play together with your child alongside our professional and high-quality staff, who provide advice and support across all developmental areas.

Facilities & Features

• Special Space for Infants: From birth to one year old.
• Space for Ages 1–3: Includes developmental toys, age-appropriate variety, a reading corner, and more.
• Workshops & Activities: For parent groups, as announced.
• Professional Staff: Specialists in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Child Development accompany parents and answer questions during play.
• Private Counseling Room: Available via our professional team by prior appointment to guide and instruct parents.
• Parent Amenities: Coffee breaks for parents and an age-appropriate feeding area for children (light meals only).
• Restrooms: Adjacent toilets and changing tables.

Opening Hours

• Sunday–Thursday + Saturday:
  • Morning Session: 9:30–12:00
  • Afternoon Session: 13:00–15:30
  • Evening Session: 16:00–18:30
• Friday: 9:00–13:30
  • Note: On August 29, 2025, the session runs from 11:30–13:30.

Admission & Pricing Rules

• Target Audience: Children up to age 3 only.
• Shoes Policy: Entry is shoe-free. Parents must wear socks. Hygiene reasons require this; those who forget can buy a pair on-site for 14 NIS.
• Strollers: Parking for strollers is available outside the complex. Please bring a lock to secure the stroller.
• Friday & Saturday Extra Companion: One additional companion (one only) may enter for an additional fee of 10 NIS (purchased on-site via credit card/cash). Any other additional companions must purchase a ticket in advance on the website at full price.
• Standard Admission (Sun–Thu): The ticket covers one toddler and one adult companion (over 18 years old). Any additional companion/toddler must purchase a ticket in advance on the website at full price.
• Local Residents Discount: Entry for residents of Ramat Gan is subject to proof of residency (Child’s ID / Parent’s ID / Tax bill / Electricity bill, etc.).

Cancellation Policy
Tickets can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the activity.

Health & Safety Guidelines

• Allergies: We accommodate children with life-threatening allergies. Due to the risk of allergens, please do not bring to Rag’im: snacks of any kind, dairy products, eggs, peanuts, fish, sesame, nuts, legumes, or any food that may contain these components.
• Sickness: If you or your infant are not feeling well, please stay home to rest and protect the health of yourself and others.
• Cleanliness: General cleaning takes place after each session. We ask for your help in maintaining our playroom as a developmentally stimulating and healthy environment.
• Cooperative Cleanup: As part of a joint educational process for parents and children, we invite you to start tidying up the toys and returning them to their places when the closing song "Games and Chaos" plays, approximately 10 minutes before the end of the session. Your cooperation contributes to order and creates a pleasant space for everyone. Thank you!
