The clinic allows you to come with your baby and ask all your breastfeeding questions: Why does breastfeeding take so long and when will it shorten? Why do you feel pain and what can be done to avoid it? What are the positions you might find comfortable? Why isn't the baby gaining enough weight and what can be done to improve it? How to pump milk, how to bottle-feed consistently, the importance of night breastfeeding, how to continue breastfeeding when you return to work, weaning from breastfeeding, and how to breastfeed while introducing solid foods.
After purchasing a ticket, you can arrive at any time between 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM. It is highly recommended to arrive by 12:00 PM to receive optimal guidance.
Please note, in the breastfeeding clinic there will be the presence of students from the School of Breastfeeding, but they will not provide assistance. They are there for learning purposes only. The consultation will be conducted in a group setting, not individually.
The clinic is led by Yael Katznelson, a certified breastfeeding consultant (IBCLC) from Ramat Gan, a mother of four grown children with over 15 years of experience in supporting mothers and babies. She owns a school for training breastfeeding instructors.
