The playroom is designed for you in a magical and calm atmosphere that opens up a rich and experiential world of experiences and games for your child, specifically tailored to the skills and developmental needs of early childhood. Come enjoy together with your child magical and pleasant moments of play alongside a professional and high-quality staff who provide advice and answers across all areas of development.
Shoes Policy: Entry to the playroom is without shoes. Parents are required to wear socks. If you forgot, you can purchase a pair of socks on-site for 14 NIS.
Strollers: For those arriving with strollers, there is a stroller parking area outside the complex. Please bring a lock to secure the stroller.

On Fridays and Saturdays, entry for an additional companion (only one) is subject to a fee of 10 NIS (purchase on-site via credit card/cash). Otherwise, any additional companion is required to purchase a ticket in advance on the website at full price.

Cancellation Policy:
Tickets can be canceled up to 24 hours before the activity.

As part of a joint educational process for parents and children, we invite you to start together tidying up the games and returning them to their place when the closing song "Games and Mess" plays – approximately 10 minutes before the end of the session. Allergy Warning:
We accommodate children with life-threatening allergies. Therefore, due to the risk of allergens, please do not bring to Rag'im: snacks of any kind, dairy products, eggs, peanuts, fish, sesame, nuts, legumes, or any food that may contain these ingredients.
If you or your baby are not feeling well, please stay home to rest and protect the health of yourself and others.
