The playroom is designed for you in a magical and calm atmosphere that opens up a rich and experiential world of experiences and games for your child, specifically tailored to the skills and developmental needs of early childhood. Come enjoy magical and pleasant moments of play together with your child alongside a professional and high-quality team that provides advice and answers across all developmental domains.

Shoes Policy:
Entry to the playroom is without shoes. Parents are required to wear socks (if you forgot, you can buy a pair on-site for 14 NIS).

Strollers:
For those arriving with strollers, there is a stroller parking area outside the complex. Please bring a lock to secure the stroller.

What’s Inside?

• A special space for infants from birth to age 1.
• A space for ages 1 to 3, including: developmental toys, a variety of age-appropriate toys, a reading corner, and many other games.
• Space for workshops and activities for parent groups – according to announcements.
• Professional staff in the fields of occupational therapy, speech therapy, physiotherapy, and child development, who accompany parents and answer questions during play.
• A private consultation room by our professional staff, which will guide and instruct parents – by prior registration.
• Raga'im coffee time for parents and a feeding area suitable for children (for light meals).
• Adjacent restrooms and changing table.

Opening Hours:
Sunday–Thursday & Saturday:

• Morning Shift: 9:30–12:00
• Afternoon Shift: 13:00–15:30
• Evening Shift: 16:00–18:30

Friday:

• 9:00–13:30 (On August 29, 2025, the shift is between 11:30–13:30)

Additional Companion Fees:
On Fridays and Saturdays, entry for an additional companion (only one extra person) costs 10 NIS (purchase on-site via credit card/cash). Otherwise, every additional companion is required to purchase a ticket in advance on the website at full price.

Target Audience & Tickets:
Raga'im Playroom is intended for children up to age 3 only.

• Sunday–Thursday: The ticket is valid for one toddler and one adult companion over age 18. Any additional companion/toddler must purchase a ticket in advance on the website at full price.
• Ra'anana Residents: Entry for residents of Ra'anana requires proof of residency for the child or one of the parents (ID card, tax bill, electricity bill, etc.).

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel tickets up to 24 hours before the activity.

Hygiene & Cleanup:

As part of a joint educational process for parents and children, we invite you to start together cleaning up the toys and returning them to their places when the closing song "Games and Chaos" plays – approximately 10 minutes before the end of the shift. Your cooperation contributes to order and creates a pleasant space for everyone. Thank you!

Allergy Warning:
We accommodate children with life-threatening allergies. Due to the risk of allergens, please do not bring to Raga'im: snacks of any kind, dairy products, eggs, peanuts, fish, sesame, nuts, legumes, or any food that may contain these ingredients.

If you or your infant are not feeling well, please stay home to rest and protect the health of yourself and others.

At the end of each shift, general cleaning takes place in the space. We ask for your assistance in maintaining our playroom as a nurturing environment for development and health.
