The playroom is designed for you in a magical, calm atmosphere that opens a rich, experiential world of activities and play specifically tailored to the developmental skills and needs of young children. Come enjoy together with your child the magical and pleasant moments of play alongside our professional, high-quality team, who will provide guidance and support across all developmental domains.
Facilities & Services
• Entry Requirements: The playroom is strictly shoe-free. Parents are required to wear socks for hygiene reasons (if you forget, you can purchase a pair on-site for 14 NIS).
• Strollers: Stroller parking is available outside the complex. Please bring a lock to secure your stroller.
• Babies (Birth–1 Year): A dedicated, specialized space.
• Toddlers (1–3 Years): An area featuring developmental play, age-appropriate toys, a reading corner, and various other activities.
• Workshops & Groups: A designated space for parent group workshops and activities (schedule according to official announcements).
• Professional Team: Staff specializing in occupational therapy, speech therapy, physiotherapy, and child development who accompany families and answer questions throughout playtime.
• Private Counseling Room: One-on-one sessions with our professional team to advise and guide parents (advance booking required).
• Parent & Child Amenities: Coffee area for parents, an age-appropriate feeding corner for light meals, adjacent restrooms, and a baby changing station.
Operating Hours
• Sunday–Thursday & Saturday:
- Morning session: 9:30–12:00
- Afternoon session: 13:00–15:30
- Late afternoon session: 16:00–18:30
• Friday: 9:00–13:30 (Note: On 29.08.2025, operating hours are 11:30–13:30)
Ticketing & Pricing Policy
• The playroom is exclusively for children up to age 3.
• Sunday–Thursday: Each ticket covers one toddler and one accompanying adult (18+). Any additional adults or toddlers must purchase advance tickets online at full price.
• Ra'anana Residents: Discounted entry applies upon presenting proof of residency (child’s or parent’s ID card, municipal tax bill, utilities bill, etc.).
• Fridays & Saturdays: Entry for one additional adult costs 10 NIS (purchase on-site via credit card or cash). All other extra adults must buy advance tickets online at full price.
• Cancellation Policy: Tickets can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
House Rules & Safety Guidelines
• Shared Cleanup: As part of a joint educational process for parents and children, we invite you to begin putting away toys and returning them to their places approximately 10 minutes before each session ends, following the closing song titled "Games and Mess." Your cooperation maintains order and creates a pleasant space for everyone. Thank you!
• Allergy Policy: We carefully accommodate children with life-threatening allergies. Due to allergy risks, please do NOT bring any food into Rega'im: snacks, dairy products, eggs, peanuts, fish, sesame, nuts, legumes, or any items containing these ingredients.
• Health Reminder: If you or your baby are feeling unwell, please stay home to rest and protect the health of yourselves and others.
• Cleanliness: General cleaning of the facility takes place after each session. We kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining our playroom as a nurturing, healthy environment.
