The play space was designed for you in a magical and calm atmosphere that will open up to your child a rich and experiential world of activities and games, specifically tailored to the developmental skills and needs of early childhood. Come and enjoy wonderful, pleasant Rag'im moments of play alongside a professional, high-quality team that provides guidance and support across all developmental domains.

Entry & Shoe Policy

• Entry to the play space is shoeless. Parents are required to wear socks for hygiene reasons. (If you forget, you can purchase a pair on-site for 14 NIS.)
• For those arriving with strollers, there is a stroller parking area outside the premises. Please bring a lock to secure your stroller.

What’s Inside?

• A dedicated space for infants from birth to age 1
• A space for ages 1–3 featuring: developmental games, a variety of age-appropriate toys, a reading corner, and more
• Space reserved for workshops and activities for parent groups (see announcements)
• A professional team specializing in occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, physiotherapy, and child development, who stays alongside you to answer parents’ questions during play
• A private consultation room with our professional staff to guide and coach you (by prior registration)
• Rag'im coffee break area for parents
• Child-friendly feeding area (for light meals)
• Adjacent restrooms and a changing table

Opening Hours
Rag'im Play Space is open for you:

• Sunday–Thursday + Shabbat (Saturday):
  • Morning block: 9:30–12:00
  • Afternoon block: 13:00–15:30
  • Evening block: 16:00–18:30
• Friday: 9:00–13:30

Companion & Ticket Rules

• Rag'im Play Space is intended only for children up to age 3.
• On Sundays–Thursdays: Each ticket covers one toddler + one adult companion (age 18+). Any additional companion or toddler must purchase a full-price ticket in advance on the website.
• Friday & Shabbat: One additional companion is allowed for a fee of 10 NIS (payable on-site via cash or credit card). Any further companions must purchase full-price tickets online in advance.
• Ramat Gan Residents: Entry requires proof of residency (ID card, property tax bill, utility bill, etc.).
• Cancellation Policy: Tickets can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity.

Cleanup & Cooperation
As part of a joint educational experience for parents and children, we invite you to begin putting away toys and returning them to their designated spots when the closing song is played—titled "Games and Mess" (Gamim u'Belagan)—approximately 10 minutes before the end of each block. Your cooperation helps maintain order and creates a comfortable space for everyone. Thank you!

Health, Safety & Allergy Policy
We actively accommodate children with life-threatening allergies. Due to the risk of allergens, please do not bring into Rag'im:

• Snacks of any kind, dairy products, eggs, peanuts, fish, sesame, nuts, legumes, or any food that may contain these ingredients.
• If you or your child feel unwell, have a fever, diarrhea, vomiting, or similar symptoms, please stay home.

At the end of each block, a general cleaning of the area takes place. We kindly ask for your assistance in keeping our play space a safe, clean, and developmentally supportive environment.
