Infant Zone: Specialized space for babies from birth to age 1
Toddler Zone (Ages 1–3): Developmental games, age-appropriate toys, a reading corner, and various other play areas
Parent Workshops & Groups: Spaces available for parent workshops and activities (subject to announcements)
Professional Staff: Specialists in occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, physical therapy, and child development who accompany children and answer parents' questions during play
Private Consultations: One-on-one sessions with our professional staff to guide and coach you, parents – by advance registration
Cafe & Feeding Area: Coffee corner for parents and a child-friendly feeding nook for light meals
Facilities: Attached restrooms and a baby changing station

Morning Session: 9:30–12:00
Afternoon Session: 13:00–15:30

Tickets & Entry Policies
Rag'im Playroom is intended for children under age 3 only.
Sunday–Thursday: One ticket covers one toddler and one adult caregiver (over 18). Every additional caregiver/toddler must purchase a full-price ticket in advance on the website.
Fridays & Saturdays: Entry for one additional caregiver costs 10 NIS (payable on-site by cash/card). Any caregivers beyond this limit must purchase full-price tickets in advance online.
Ramat Gan Residents: Entry granted upon presenting proof of residency for the child or a parent – ID card, municipal tax/utility/electricity bill, etc.
Cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
House Rules & Guidelines
Shoe-Free Entry: Shoes must be removed. Parents are required to wear socks for hygiene reasons. (Forgot yours? You can purchase a pair on-site for 14 NIS.)
Strollers: A dedicated stroller parking area is located outside the facility. Please bring a lock to secure your stroller.
Group Clean-Up: As part of a shared educational process for parents and children, we invite you to join us in tidying up and returning toys to their places when the closing song "Games and Chaos" plays approximately 10 minutes before each session ends. Your cooperation contributes to order and creates a pleasant space for everyone. Thank you!
Allergy Protection: We accommodate children with life-threatening allergies. Due to allergy concerns, please do not bring into Rag'im: snacks of any kind, dairy products, eggs, peanuts, fish, sesame, nuts, legumes, or any food that may contain these ingredients.
Health & Safety: If you or your infant/toddler are not feeling well, please stay home to rest and protect the health of yourself and ours.
Post-Session Cleaning: A general cleaning takes place at the end of each session. We appreciate your assistance in maintaining our playroom as a nurturing, developmental, and healthy environment.
