The sweet, nostalgic magic of Israel’s first girl trio, Chocolate, Menta, Gum: Yardena Arazi, Ruti Holzman, and Leah Lupatin.
The trio Chocolate, Menta, Gum was formed in December 1972 especially for the Children’s Songs Festival, and went on to achieve tremendous success in Israel and abroad.
During its six years of activity, the trio recorded four albums, won every major award, performed at every singing festival and on television programs, represented Israel at Eurovision, embarked on an international concert tour, and recorded songs with leading creators in Europe.
Even after the trio disbanded, Yardena, Ruti, and Leah remained best friends and continued to share the stage over the years. It is no wonder that their theme song, “Who Is Menta? Who Is Gum? Who Is Chocolate?”, became a TikTok hit that won the hearts of the younger generation as well.
Now they are reuniting and, for the first time since 1978, presenting a new full-length show featuring all their greatest hits over the years: “Say Hello,” “It’s Good, It’s Good,” “Noah,” “Oh, My Homeland,” “Venezuela,” “Snow on My City,” “Holiday for Me,” “Spring Celebration,” “Who Is Menta? Who Is Gum? Who Is Chocolate?” and many more sweet surprises.
From the 1970s to the TikTok era, this stage reunion is not to be missed.
