Circus on Time is a thrilling and virtuosic show in which Professor Wow! tries to find his daughter Electra after she disappears following the wish machine he created. During the journey, the heroes discover new worlds and unusual characters.

Professor "Wow" is a mad scientist with more ideas in his head than hair. He decides to build his daughter "Electra" a wish machine that will fulfill all her dreams. She wishes to be an acrobat in the circus, presses a few buttons, and disappears! The worried professor will do anything to find her.
