🎙️ A morning of songs and stories with Yoram Rotem and Kfir Oz
About 70 years ago, Binyamin Amdursky and Yisrael Gurion met and formed the Dudaim duo—one of the most beloved and influential duos in Hebrew music.
🎼 Over the years, the two recorded dozens of songs that became an integral part of Israel’s musical soundtrack, including “An Evening of Roses,” “A Charming Apple,” “Lights Out,” “A Nighttime Stroll,” “The Riders’ Convoy,” “In the Fields of Bethlehem,” “Gift,” “Wear White,” and many more.
✨ During the event, we will revisit the songs and stories behind the duo, accompanied by live performances, guitar, and a lyric presentation inviting the audience to join in and sing.
🎙️ Narrator and host: Yoram Rotem — radio broadcaster, researcher of Hebrew music, and one of the cultural figures most closely identified with Israeli music. In his lectures and performances, he combines extensive knowledge, fascinating stories, and a deep love for the songs that shaped the country’s musical soundtrack.
🎹 Singing and instrumentation: Kfir Oz — singer and musician who gives the beloved songs moving performances and invites the audience to join in singing in a warm, nostalgic atmosphere.
