The performance combines the story of the scarecrow with the song about the carrot. In the show, children will meet Grandpa Eliezer, whose sole concern is tending the carrot he planted in a corner of the garden—but... this is a secret. They will also meet Grandma Elisheva, who worries about the well-being of the vegetables in her garden; the mischievous children Uzi and Avigail; and the scarecrow, whose role is to protect the garden from birds pecking at the vegetables.
All this is accompanied by the show’s songs: “A Brave Little Clock,” “I Have a Garden,” “A Cucumber Grew in the Garden,” “Wonder Child,” “The Tale of the Carrot,” and more.
The set is spectacular, colorful, and serves the plot. The performance has been newly adapted in the spirit of the times.
