The 60+ Up Support and Guidance Center invites you

to a practical workshop on healthy lifestyle for people aged 60+

• Healthy nutrition and simple ways to implement it
• Time management for achieving health-related goals
• Encouraging healthy lifestyle habits and understanding the secret to longevity
• Managing stress and the importance of sleep hygiene
• Developing optimism, positive thinking, gratitude, and personal flourishing
• Creating a personal action plan

9 sessions on Thursdays, from October 8, 2026, through December 3, 2026, from 11:00–12:30
