Vicki Cohen, mother of computer enthusiast Nimrod, invites you to an inspiring meeting. In an open and moving lecture, she takes us on the transformative journey she underwent: from a child who grew up in the shadow of a PTSD-stricken mother, afraid to interfere, through struggles in Knesset committees and on prominent stages worldwide, to the long-awaited moment when her voice was strong enough to bring Nimrod back home. This is a story about captivity and freedom, the power of a community, and the ability to reinvent ourselves in times of crisis. Come and hear about the journey that begins in silence and ends in the triumph of the personal voice.

Accompanying the lecture are a book and a gratitude journal.
"A Mother's Journey – Between Captivity and Freedom" is a personal and illuminating book that documents the period during which Nimrod was kidnapped until his return home. From Vicki's perspective, the creation tells the story of motherhood during wartime and the power of love. The gratitude journal is an illustrated notebook born from Vicki's moments of survival and faith, created to help, breathe, find meaning, and see the good.
