An experiential workshop consisting of 3 sessions for women aged 30+, on Thursdays starting 15.10.2026 at 19:00, at the Kiryat Haroshet Community Center.
What’s Your Story?
An experiential three-session workshop for women aged 30+
Each of us has a story.
The story of who we were, who we are today—and who we may yet become.
We’ve come a long way.
We’ve chosen, given things up, loved, started over, taken on roles, raised children, created, and dreamed.
And sometimes, in the middle of the race, we haven’t stopped to ask:
What is my story?
And who am I within everything I’ve been through?
This workshop invites you to pause for a moment.
To look at the path you’ve traveled, meet parts of yourself that may have been forgotten along the way—and perhaps discover something new about yourself and the chapter you’re in now.
Over three sessions, we’ll set out on a journey following your story.
Through games, improvisation, stories, memories, imagination, and scenes, we’ll explore three chapters together:
The girl and young woman I was.
The stories and characters I grew from.
The woman I am today.
The choices, roles, dreams, and life I’ve built.
The chapter that hasn’t been written yet.
What is still waiting for me? And what do I want to take with me going forward?
There will be laughter, play, and creativity, as well as moments of depth, memories, discoveries, and a genuine encounter with other women and with yourself.
For a woman who feels like she’d like to pause the race for a moment.
For a woman who looks at her life and sometimes asks:
How did I get here?
For a woman going through a period of change, transition, or a new beginning.
For a woman who wants to reconnect with parts of herself that may have been forgotten along the way.
And for a woman who loves stories, play, and imagination—and above all, genuine human connection.
And if you find yourself saying:
“I don’t know exactly why,
but something about this intrigues me...”
Perhaps this is exactly the place for you.
You don’t need to know how to act.
You don’t need to be “creative.”
You don’t need to come with a special story.
And you don’t need to share anything you don’t want to share.
The workshop is not therapy and it is not a test.
There is no right or wrong.
Only curiosity, openness, and a desire to meet yourself a little differently.
3 sessions | Thursdays | 19:00–20:30
Cost: ₪250 for all three sessions
29.10 | 22.10 | 15.10
Opening the group is contingent on a minimum number of participants.
I’m Alona Rosenfeld—a performer, director, writer, storyteller, teacher, and mother.
I have experience facilitating groups and workshops, as well as a certificate in biographical counseling studies. Over the years, I have explored the power of story—on stage and in life—and the encounter between theater, people, and personal stories.
Above all, I am a woman with a story of my own, who loves listening to other women’s stories and discovering what happens when we give a story space.
Your story doesn’t have to be special.
It simply has to be yours.
And perhaps the time has come to open a new chapter in it.
