Film Summary
Following the unprecedented global success of the previous film, “Spider-Man: A New Day” opens an entirely new chapter for Peter Parker and Spider-Man. Four years have passed since the events of the previous film, and Peter is now a grown man living completely alone, after voluntarily choosing to erase himself from the lives and memories of the people he loves.
As he fights crime in New York, which no longer recognizes his name, he devotes himself entirely to protecting his city—Spider-Man full-time. But as the demands placed on him increase, the pressure causes a surprising physical change that threatens his very existence. At the same time, a new and mysterious pattern of crimes leads to the emergence of one of the most powerful threats they have ever faced.
