Two lectures at the Beit Sapir Auditorium: a lecture on South Africa, Nelson Mandela, and the struggle against apartheid, and a lecture on effective techniques for improving memory. The lectures will be delivered by Dr. Benny First and Eran Katz.
Lecturer: Dr. Benny First — researcher, expert, and lecturer on the African continent.
The lecture will review the ideological, political, and economic background to the rise of the apartheid regime and examine its manifestations in everyday life. At the same time, we will present Mandela’s personal and national heroic struggle for independence and against racial segregation.
Lecturer: Eran Katz, an international lecturer in memory-skill development and a Guinness World Record holder in memory.
During the lecture, we will learn how to develop exceptional memory skills, including in the third age, and how to use them to improve memory efficiency, reduce unnecessary stress, and turn the brain into an amazing aid in every area of life.
