CANCELLATION POLICY
The registration fee is non-refundable.
– Cancellation more than 45 days before departure: full refund, less the NIS 150 registration fee
– Cancellation 30 days before departure: 50% refund
– Cancellation 15–29 days before departure: 75% refund
– Cancellation within 14 days of departure: no refund
– If ESRA are able to fill your place from a waiting list, only the NIS 150 registration fee will apply
