The City of Kfar Saba invites you to an intuitive writing session combining music and personal connection, aimed at strengthening mental resilience. The workshop takes place in a safe space and is suitable for all levels, with no prior experience required. The sessions will take place over seven weeks on Tuesday evenings.

About the Event:
"Rewriting Reality" | Writing and Inner Resilience Workshop
The Kfar Saba Municipality, in collaboration with Beita – Culture and Arts Center named after Reisel and the Department for Health Promotion and Urban Resilience, invites anyone who feels that something cracked within them following the events of 7/10/2023 and has not yet healed, to embark on an experiential and liberating journey consisting of 7 sessions. This workshop offers a unique connection between intuitive writing, music, and personal connection. It provides a safe space to find anchors, regulate emotions, and strengthen mental resilience.
What awaits you in the workshop?
Work involving rhythm, music, free writing (songs, stories, prayers, or emotional release).
No prior knowledge is required! The workshop is adapted to the individual pace of each participant.
Facilitator: Achiram Chai Zelik – Creative musician and workshop facilitator with extensive experience in leading groups, developing resilience, and emotional regulation.
