Yassou — My Greek Love — with Rotem Cohen

An original Israeli musical woven from beloved Greek hits that have captured the hearts of Israelis.

A grand production starring Rotem Cohen, Ilanit Levy, Omer Dror, Saar Badishi, Inbal Levy-Rahav, and others…

In an old tavern in Thessaloniki, the bouzouki sounds, carrying us back in echoes to days gone by…

After years of disappearance, Sigal—Elko’s youthful love—reappears at the door of the tavern he now runs. He had dreamed so much of meeting her, and at the same time feared it. For more than anything, he loved not Sigal, but Eleni—his only daughter, from whom he had hidden his past. A past that may soon be revealed.

They are joined by a rather “disorganized” tour group and Sigal’s domineering fiancé, who have also arrived in Thessaloniki. The celebration at the tavern is only beginning!

Plates fly to pieces, hearts find one another, and life… life does not always have to be a Greek tragedy.

Yassou! Get ready to fall in love.
