Target audience: Intended for sports enthusiasts interested in combining running with strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance exercises.
Route: A 2.5-kilometer loop including 15 training stations.
The training is accompanied by certified instructors and professional coaches.

Costs and registration
Price: Up to 2 training sessions per week at the subsidized price of NIS 80 per month.
