An event featuring two lectures at the Beit Sapir Auditorium. Prof. Uzi Rabi will lecture on Middle Eastern current affairs and their implications for Israel’s security. Dr. Atar Milou will discuss the factors influencing happiness throughout the life cycle and in the third age.

The lecture will address a current issue in the Middle East, as of the lecture date, analyze its complexity and various aspects, and examine its implications for Israel’s security and the regional balance of power.
Lecturer: Dr. Atar Milou, gerontologist specializing in older adults
The lecture will discuss the psychological, chemical, genetic, social, and environmental factors that affect our level of happiness, and examine how this feeling can be maximized. We will also discuss how happiness changes throughout the life cycle, particularly in older age—all based on current research.
