Starting the year in a positive way
You are invited to join us for a magical hour of movement using the Nia technique—a body–mind connecting experience.
An hour of movement, dance, joy, connection to the energy of life, and the healing found in pleasure.
Led by Hila-Or Gofer, Nia Technique instructor (brown belt) and women’s circle facilitator.

Cost: 40 NIS per participant
Participants should wear white, comfortable clothing suitable for movement, and bring a personal water bottle.
